If you are dissatisfied with your service or tracker/s for any reason, you will receive a full refund. Device/s must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received, Device/s must not show any signs of wear and tear. Tracker/s must also be shipped with some form of tracking number to confirm receipt of return if you cancel your account within 30 days of the activation of your account.
After the 30 day money back guarantee you will be committed to the original terms and conditions accepted at time of purchase. This procedure applies to all returns.
GPS Tracking & Safety warrants to the original purchaser that tracker shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from date of activation. If a defect covered by this warranty occurs during the warranty period, GPS Tracking & Safety will repair or replace your tracker free of charge.
If your tracker is replaced for a defect covered under warranty, you may receive a refurbished tracker in exchange for your original tracker. The
replaced unit will carry the remaining warranty period from the original tracker.
Information about faulty usage of the device by the end-users (Out of warranty conditions):
The manufacturer’s warranty covers any faults in manufacture or normal use. It does not cover breakages from misuse by the customer, overcharging of battery (battery trackers) , or damage from the application of out of spec voltages or improper installation (hard-wired and OBD-II trackers).
Tracker may be repaired at the customer’s request and cost if damaged out of warranty conditions or term. If it is uneconomic to repair, GPS Tracking & Safety may offer the customer a replacement tracker on terms to be agreed on a case by case basis.
Due to the changing nature of mobile network carriers (cellular providers), trackers cannot be warrantied for a discontinuation of a particular network protocol by a wireless carrier. This situation is beyond our control.
